Musical Toronto was launched, November 2011 and is run by composer and editor Michael Vincent. Over the past three years, it has become Toronto’s leading classical music and opera website. We are here to report and promote the things that make Toronto one of the most vibrant classical music communities going. When traditional print media decided to abandon serious classical music coverage in Canada, we took it upon ourselves to fill that gap. Musical Toronto does this with an emphasis on the city’s audacious spirit to foster a sense of connectedness within and between our communities. We look forward to introducing our readers to the people who create and present classical music on a daily basis.
