Association for Opera in Canada has launched the second iteration of the RBC Artist Fellowship. Running October 2021 – April 2022, the program is designed to boost the careers of the next generation of artists in opera.
The program is aimed at early-career artists, and artists currently enrolled in opera training programs.
Details
- The Fellowship will identify exceptional Canadian early-career artists in all facets of opera
- They’ll participate in mentorship, group workshops and training sessions
- To help understand personal needs, goals, and development, they’ll also work with professional life coaches
- The Fellowship program is designed and led by portfolio artist and AOC’s Programs Associate, Jaclyn Grossman
- Last year’s fellowship cohort included 16 artists.
