Sunday night’s Stronger Together, Tous ensemble event was billed as the largest single broadcast event in Canadian history.

With the goal of generating $150M in support for Food Banks Canada, the broadcast saw a mix of actors, comedians, and musicians drop into the 90-minute event. Among the who’s who were Celine Dion, Justin Bieber, Drake, Avril Lavigne, Michael Bublé, and Sarah McLachlan encouraging viewers to donate.

The event included a new song produced by Jon Levine featuring musicians performing Bill Withers 1972 hit, “Lean on me”. All proceeds will go to support the Canadian Red Cross for use in battling COVID-19 in Canada.
