The National Ballet of Canada’s First Soloist Tina Pereira enjoys a morning coffee while dancing.

With the nearly endless stream of bad news associated with the COVID crisis, people could use some ways to stay grounded other than Netflix, food, and libations.

The National Ballet Of Canada has launched a series of free ballet classes with some of the most accomplished and inspiring artists in the country, including Principal Dancer Grata Hodgkinson, First Soloist Tina Pereira, and soloist Kota Sato on their Instagram page.

People are being encouraged to follow along with from the comfort of their homes — Tutus optional.

Happy Dancing!
