Since Sunday night’s 87th Academy Awards, many have been critical of the nights snubs, and lack-thereofs. But one thing stuck out – and her name was Lady Gaga.
She wandered out on stage, sans her typical avant-garde outfits, and simply sang. In a in a tribute to the 50th anniversary of The Sound of Music the mezzo carolled through Sound of Music classics, including “Edelweiss” and “The Hills Are Alive” to “Favorite Things” and “Climb Every Mountain.”
How did she do? She totally nailed it.
