After writing his college application essay, high school senior and amateur musician Kwasi Enin, had hoped it would get him into at least one of his chosen universities. But something incredible happened. He got into every one.

It is no secret medical schools favour well-rounded applicants, and they particularly like classical musicians. This is because as a subject, it is widely accepted to be one of the most difficult to master, and can be good indicator of potential future success in other highly complex fields such as medicine and engineering.

Besides the essay, the young American student has a stellar record, with a 2250 SAT score. He also graduated at the top 2% of his class.
