November 21, 2019 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
An event every day that begins at 7:30 pm, repeating until November 23, 2019
One event on November 24, 2019 at 2:30 pm

he Marriage of Figaro, one of the most beloved operas in the entire repertory, remains the benchmark against which all other comic operas are measured. In 1946, Mozart’s masterpiece was the first complete opera presented at the University of Toronto. We are excited to present this new period production sung in Italian, designed by Fred Perruzza with costumes by Lisa Magill. Michael Patrick Albano directs and Sandra Horst conducts.
Opera Talk, a pre-performance lecture, will be given half an hour prior to performances of The Marriage of Figaro in Room 130, 80 Queen’s Park.
