$35With “a voice hued like polished teak … arrestingly vulnerable” (The New York Times), Emily D’Angelo’s critically acclaimed debut album, energeia, won Classical Album of the Year (Solo Artist) at the 2022 Juno Awards. The Canadian mezzo-soprano is the first and only vocalist to have been presented with the Leonard Bernstein Award from the Schleswig Holstein Festival. She has been named one of WQXR NYC Public Radio’s “40 Under 40” singers to watch and Canada’s “Top 30 Under 30” Classical Musicians. She will perform works by Hildegard von Bingen, Missy Mazzoli, Sarah Kirkland Snider, and Hildur Guðnadóttir.
