Curated and conducted by Brian Current, this unforgettable night of adventurous music features Luca Francesconi’s Etymo, performed by RCM Rebanks Fellow, soprano McKenzie Warriner, accompanied by musicians from the Glenn Gould School. This deep, dark fusion of music and Baudelaire’s poetry explores the primal forces of desire, suffering, and meaning, making it a must-see.
The evening also features C’est Pas Beau?, a world premiere by outstanding Canadian composer Kalaisan Kalaichelvan, as well as Alice Ho’s Dark Waters, promising a night of innovative and exciting music.
