A rediscovery of Russell’s piano works and his return to the Toronto music scene. He is currently curating at Array Space and especially looks forward to this portrait concert.
ARTISTS: Adam Sherkin from Piano Lunaire, Stephanie Chua of junctQin and Bruce Russell of Array Space.
HIGHLIGHTS: In addition to an interesting three-way discussion with Bruce about his practice and piano works, there will be fresh performances of his music including two pieces for solo piano and excerpts from his new piece, perhaps bells do not play tunes.
