The Elora Festival presents an outdoor event unlike any we’ve hosted before. Join us for a “musical sound walk” with our Ensemble-In-Residence, The Elora Singers, as art and nature mingle to create a unique sensory experience.
Audience members will be transported by bus to and from a nearby trail, where their hike will be enhanced by performances by The Elora Singers. The hike is 1-2 km, through a wooded trail, and will take approximately 45 minutes to walk. The entire event, including transportation, is approximately one hour. Please wear comfortable walking shoes appropriate for a forested area.
Please note that this is not an accessible event: neither the bus nor the trail are accessible for mobility device users. Due to the nature of this outdoor event, Music in the Woods may be cancelled or postponed due to weather. In the case of weather disruptions, we will contact participants via email.
Admission is free, but space is limited, so we require that participants register in order to secure a time slot. Please note that the registration form must be completed for each participant.
