The Amadeus Choir & Hannaford Street Silver Band | Silver & Gold – A Sparkling Celebration of the Season

The voices of the Amadeus Choir and the brassy grandeur of the award-winning Hannaford Street Silver Band come together in concert. Holiday classics blend in with new arrangements, sing-along numbers and more in a programme for music lovers.
Offerings include:
- A world premiere by Aaron Manswell fusing R&B, hip-hop, classical and gospel styles
- Works by past winners of the beloved annual Seasonal Songwriting Competition including Mark Sirett, Eleanor Daley & Cassie Luftspring
- The world premiere of a new brass arrangement of “This Christmastide” (Jessye’s Caroll) by Donald Fraser
- Works by Heinrich Schutz, Giovanni Gabrieli, James Rolfe, and Len Ballantine
- Carols arranged by David Willcocks
There will be plenty of carols to sign along with in the mix.
