Amici Chamber Ensemble on Sunday unveiled a four-concert Mazzoleni Hall season for 2013-14.

The first programme, on Nov. 11, is built around Arnold Schoenberg’s masterpiece Verklärte Nacht — in a version for violin, cello and piano.

The second programme, on Dec. 1, invites violinist Lara St. John and harpist Heidi Van Hoesen Gorton to join the chamber ensemble in an eclectic programme.

Feb. 16 is the date for an all-French programme for piano, clarinet and cello featuring the three core members of Amici: Serouj Kradjian, Joaquin Valdepeñas and Devid Hetherington.

Next season closes on May 4 with a concert provocatively entitled American Berserk that features some starry guests, including Toronto Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Jonathan Crow.

You’ll find all the details here. Tickets go on sale May 10.
