New York City pianist Simone Dinnerstein premieres Cohen Variations on NPR. The very pretty, jazz-tinged piano piece by Daniel Felsenfeld is based on Leonard Cohen’s “Suzanne.”
Dinnerstein talks to NPR host Tom Huizinga about Cohen, Suzanne and the new solo piano work, and plays it here.
