Tonight: Jane Bunnett and friends on 30 years of Cuban musical adventures

The tropical breeze will be missing, but not its sounds and attitude this evening at the Toronto Reference Library, as I spend an hour chatting with Jane Bunnett as she celebrates the 30th anniversary of her first trip to Cuba and the amazing musical collaborations that have developed since.

Drinks start at 6 pm, the talk at 7.

Bunnett is bringing along conga player Jorge Luís Torres and pianist Jorge Betancourt, so expect live music, as well.
