The Latvian Radio Choir is one of the most distinctive musical identities on the planet. A perennial audience favourite, they’ll present a program encompassing Latvian, Canadian and international choral favourites: unique interpretations of great Russian classics by Rachmaninov (excerpts from Vespers), and Latvians Pēteris Vasks and Santa Ratniece. There will also be Canadian choral works including a piece by Omar Daniel. The Latvian Radio Choir, under conductor Sigvards Klava, is always a sell-out and a celebration.
