Opera 5 | Elegies: A Song Cycle

Come celebrate our Portfolio Artist interns as they perform “Elegies: A Song Cycle” by William Finn. In this 75 minute musical theatre revue, Finn pays tribute to his family members, friends and even pet dogs that have died, through touching stories that will make you laugh, cry, and hug your loved ones a little closer. Even without knowing these particular beings personally, the love and care that Finn imbues into his music helps us all to connect to our own grief stories. Community is vital when grieving and we invite you into ours as we take this musical journey together.
