Hailed as “a charismatic virtuoso” (The Times), Tabea Debus is constantly exploring the horizons of music for recorder and challenging perceptions of the instrument. In this recital accompanied by Alon Sariel on the lute, she brilliantly explores the innately memorable melodies from the 16th century, when music was predominantly an aural tradition, until the present day.
