CHAMBER MUSIC SERIES Violinist Sandra Baron leads artists of the COC Orchestra in a colourful and imaginative program of myths and legends. At the centre of the program is Three Mythes for violin and piano by 20th-century Polish composer Karol Szymanowski, which uses a rich timbral palette to conjure images of wood nymphs, satyrs, and other well-known mythological figures of antiquity.
