Classical guitarist Marisa Sardo will be performing in Toronto on June 11 at ArrayMusic.
On her website, she says, “I create a feminine perspective in classical guitar music in order to allow other talented women in the guitar world to stand up and demonstrate their own uniquely feminine sounds to the music world.”
Her diverse programs include music from Europe, Africa, South America, and a focus on women composers.
Sardo has carved out an impressive career that includes performance and beyond.
