The Royal Conservatory of Music has announced 30 concerts in their upcoming 2025-26 season at Koerner Hall. It includes a blockbuster Signature Fundraising Event with superstar soprano Renée Fleming, and a visit by Iván Fischer and the Budapest Festival Orchestra.

Alexander Brose, Michael and Sonja Koerner President & CEO of The Royal Conservatory of Music, comments, “The 2025-26 classical and jazz season at The Royal Conservatory of Music’s Koerner Hall is a tour de force, showcasing artists and ensembles known throughout the world as leaders in their artform, in addition to should not-be-missed, up-and-coming stars.

“From Renée Fleming to the Budapest Festival Orchestra, next season will attract the packed and appreciative audiences Koerner Hall is known for around the globe. My deepest thanks go to our partners and supporters for continuing to allow us to present the greatest artists in such a special space.”

Season At A Glance

“The 2025-26 season marks our 17th season of bringing the best of the best to Koerner Hall, recognized globally as one of the finest concert halls in the world. Today we give you a sneak peak at our concerts: a dozen of the world’s finest pianists will stop for recitals including Canadian rising star, Tony Siqi Yang, and Víkingur Ólafsson, who just won his first Grammy Award,” says Executive Director of Performing Arts Mervon Mehta.

“Our vocal series sees the return of two a capella ensembles alongside Armenian-Canadian superstar Isabel Bayrakdarian and a performance of Schubert’s Winterreise by the world’s leading baritone Matthias Goerne joined by one of our favourite pianists, Daniil Trifonov. We are proud to introduce the young Canadian cellist Luka Coetzee accompanied by our friend Jon Kimura Parker and we welcome an ‘A list’ of fiddlers, Ray Chen, Nicola Benedetti, Kyung Wha Chung, and Lisa Batiashvili.

“We also whet your appetite with a trio of jazz concerts and will announce the full meal plus the global music, pop artists, and the 21C Music Festival in June. Come for your favourite artists but take a chance on someone new – they cannot wait to share their music with you!”
