A Night in Paris is a lush Parisian cabaret experience that has been created, produced, and choreographed by Sheri Lewis. It takes place July 18, 2026 at Toronto’s Todmorden Papermill Theatre.

A Night in Paris takes the audience on a theatrical journey through Paris, from Can-Can at the Moulin Rouge and Pigalle to the Champs-Élysées, a Parisian café, a masquerade ball near the Paris Opera, a speakeasy inspired by Josephine Baker, and a bohemian artist’s loft.

Along the way, there is music, dance, rhinestones, feathers, and gorgeous costumes, storytelling, and a splash of humour.

Sheri Lewis

Professional dance, choreographer, and former showgirl Sheri Lewis was a fixture in Seattle’s dance community for more than three decades. She was the owner of Westlake Dance Center, and that’s where she first created A Night in Paris Cabaret.

Sheri also hosted the Bluebells Forever podcast, and is the author of a book that explored the legacy of the iconic showgirls of the 1930s titled Bluebells Forever. Along with her dance expertise, Sheri has a background in massage therapy and kinesiology.

She recently moved to Toronto with her husband, where she has been teaching dance classes, and performing in A Night in Paris.

Sheri conceived of the work as a way to bring back the glamour of the classic showgirl era.
