THE SCOOP | Ludwig-Van Toronto Is Looking For Emerging Arts & Culture Writers

At Ludwig-Van Toronto, we’re keenly aware of the importance of good arts writing, and we’d like to help out the next generation of writers. We’re looking for two emerging arts and culture writers with an interest in Western classical music for a freelance mentorship opportunity.

Here’s more about the opportunity, and how to apply.

What do you mean by ‘freelance mentorship opportunity’?

Essentially, you’d work on freelance assignments under the guidance of experienced writers and editors, at no cost to you. For a three month period, you would:

Stories submitted of professional quality (after coaching and editing) will be published, and you will be paid the usual freelance rate – that works out to one paid story per month x 3 to add to your portfolio.
