Toronto New Music Alliance offers a passport to six $5 concerts this season

Catch Véronique Lacroix and her Ensemble contemporain de Montréal for $5 next Sunday.

Six participating members of the Toronto New Music Alliance are trying to entice audiences with a $25 passport that nets $5 tickets to one concert from each presenter this season.

It also includes the Winter 2012 issue of Musicworks magazine, a publication dedicated to the leading edge in this country.

The six presenters are Array Music, Continuum Contemporary Music, Esprit Orchestra, New Music Concerts, Spectrum and Toy Piano Composers.

A passport holder simply needs to show up at the door to get a $5 ticket. The total savings, according to the Alliance, add up to about $100.

You can check out the details regarding the passport here.

The next concert eligible for the $5 ticket is New Music Concerts’ presentation of the Ensemble contemporain de Montréal at the Music Gallery on Sunday evening (Nov. 11). Details here.
