It\u2019s our path forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quick takes\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2026The season features <strong>seven new productions<\/strong>, the most since 2012. This includes two notable Met premieres: Kevin Puts\u2019 <em>The Hours<\/em> and Terence Blanchard\u2019s <em>Champion<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The 2022\u201323 season also features 16 repertory revivals.<\/p>\n<p>Headliners include Sonya Yoncheva (<em>Fedora<\/em>), Sondra Radvanovsky (<em>Medea<\/em>), Anna Netrebko (<em>Don Carlo<\/em>) and Ren\u00e9e Fleming (<em>The Hours<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>With N\u00e9zet-S\u00e9guin proving people still care about Met Opera conductors, they have invited eight of them for their Met debuts.
