Courtesy of the\u00a0Toronto Consort<\/a>, we\u2019re giving away\u00a0two<\/strong>\u00a0tickets to see Illuminations<\/strong> on\u00a0Friday,<\/strong>\u00a0Mar. 2 at 8:00 p.m.<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0Trinity-St Paul\u2019s.<\/a><\/p>\n

Illuminations<\/strong>\u00a0promise to takes you inside ancient Medieval manuscripts projected onto a huge screen behind the ensemble, performing otherworldly cantigas, trouvere songs, medieval dances and sacred motets. With special performances by master Persian percussionist\u00a0Naghmeh Farahmand<\/strong>,\u00a0Pejman Zahedian<\/strong>\u00a0(voice and Persian Setar), and\u00a0Demetri Petsalakis<\/strong>\u00a0(Oud).<\/p>\n
