Also noteworthy is the Toronto Symphony Orchestra in an All-Tchaikovsky program with guest conductor John Storg\u00e5rds (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/tso-all-tchaikovsky-4\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 7<\/a>).\u00a0 The ever-adventurous Soundstreams is presenting <em>Electric Messiah<\/em>, a funky deconstruction of the Handel masterpiece (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/soundstreams-electric-messiah\/2016-12-05\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 5\u20137<\/a>).\u00a0\u00a0 Tafelmusik explores a musical East Meets West in <em>Tales of Two Cities: The Leipzig-Damascus Coffee House,<\/em> in the gorgeous Aga Khan Museum (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/tafelmusik-tales-of-two-cities-the-leipzig-damascus-coffee-house-4\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 9<\/a>). Tons of Christmas programming \u2014 among them Toronto Mendelssohn Choir (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/toronto-mendelssohn-choir-festival-of-carols-with-the-canadian-staff-band\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 7<\/a>), Toronto Symphony (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/tso-the-twelve-days-of-christmas\/2016-12-09\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 9<\/a>), Toronto Consort (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/toronto-consort-a-medieval-christmas\/2016-12-09\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 9<\/a>), Pax Christi Chorale (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/ode-on-the-nativity\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 10<\/a>), and King\u2019s Singers (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.musicaltoronto.org\/datebook\/rcm-king-singers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dec. 11<\/a>).
