Musical Toronto\u2019s weekly Critic\u2019s Picks are a fully curated list of some of the best concerts happening now through the end of the week. This is not to say we are the provocateurs of taste, but simply seek to provide a good weekly summary. With the start of December, can Christmas \u2014 and Christmas programming \u2014 be far away? Actually,\u00a0it started last week, but now it\u2019s in full swing, from the Elmer Iseler Singers (Dec. 2<\/a>), Tallis Choir (Dec. 3<\/a>), and Toronto Classical Singers (Dec. 4<\/a>). Chamber fans can look forward to the Rosamunde Quartet at Walter Hall (Nov. 28<\/a>). Canadian pianist Stewart Goodyear gives a recital of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Tchaikovsky at Koerner Hall (Dec. 4<\/a>). Soprano Suzie LeBlanc makes a rare appearance in Toronto, under the auspices of Music Toronto (Dec. 1<\/a>). \u00a0\u00a0For something a little different, there\u2019s an evening of Chinese music at the Sony Centre (Dec. 2<\/a>). Film music buffs will enjoy Toronto Symphony Orchestra\u2019s presentation of The Fellowship of The Ring in Concert<\/em> (Dec. 1-3<\/a>). Held over from last week are Tafelmusik\u2019s Grand Tour of Italy (Dec. 1-4<\/a>), and Comfort<\/em>, a drama with music about the sorrowful tale of \u201cComfort Women\u201d in WWII China during Japanese occupation (Nov. 29 \u2013 Dec. 10<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Monday 28<\/h3>\n
