Here, film composer Nicholas Pike demonstrates\u00a0the instrument originally built by\u00a0Jon Jones &amp; Sons. What makes it unique is that it\u00a0bows the strings rather than hammers them like other keyboard instruments. It was fully restored by <a href=\"http:\/\/antiquitymusic.com\/\">Antiquity Music<\/a>, and introduced at the 2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.namm.org\/\">NAMM<\/a>. If you want one you can buy them for $12,500.
