The job entails working with longtime Artistic Director Noel Edison as well as conducting the Choir in rehearsals and a select season concerts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJennifer is eager to work with an ensemble of the size and level of the Mendelssohn, Artistic Director Noel Edison said. &#8220;I know the singers will enjoy her skill and vibrancy. I look forward to working with her over the next two seasons.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of The Eastman School of Music and The University of Western Ontario, Jennifer is an active conductor, singer and educator. For the past six years she has taught high-school choral music and wind ensemble in the York Region.<\/p>\n<p>She has also participated in choral, wind and orchestral events with mentors including Joseph Flummerfelt, Simon Carrington, Hilary Apfelstadt, Mark Scatterday, Neil Varon, Timothy Reynish and Craig Kirchoff.
