New this year was an award for best choreography, which was shared by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ludwig-van.com\/toronto\/2026\/04\/08\/interview-coal-mine-co-founder-diana-bentley-national-ballet-canada-creative-producer-alyssa-martin-talk-dance-nation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Alyssa Martin<\/strong><\/a> for <strong>Dance Nation<\/strong> and <strong>Christopher Wheeldon<\/strong> for <strong>MJ<\/strong>. Other firsts included the awards for best digital design, won by <strong>Nathan Bruce<\/strong> for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ludwig-van.com\/toronto\/2025\/12\/11\/scrutiny-crows-theatres-rogers-v-rogers-is-both-funny-and-revealing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Rogers v. Rogers<\/strong><\/a>, and best puppetry, which went to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ludwig-van.com\/toronto\/2026\/02\/25\/interview-theatre-legend-ronnie-burkett-talks-reinventing-shakespeare-little-willy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ronnie Burkett<\/strong><\/a> for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ludwig-van.com\/toronto\/2026\/03\/04\/scrutiny-shakespeare-unstrung-ronnie-burketts-little-willy-canadian-stage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Little Willy<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Productions either produced or presented by Crow\u2019s Theatre garnered eight TTCAs, including <strong>Dave Malloy<\/strong>\u2019s a cappella musical <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ludwig-van.com\/toronto\/2025\/09\/04\/preview-crows-theatre-soulpepper-theatre-musical-stage-company-present-dave-malloys-octet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Octet<\/strong><\/a>, a Crow\u2019s co-production with Soulpepper and the Musical Stage Company, which took home best production of a musical.
