Founded in 1912, TAM illustrates the cultural significance and musical excellence of the Estonian choral tradition. Thirty singers are on this tour, under the batons of Roland Viilukas and Made Ritsing, featuring many wonderful choral composers including Arvo P\u00e4rt, Veljo Tormis, and many more. Toronto Estonian Male Voice Choir and conductor Avo Kittask will join them in this lovely concert. There will be a dinner with the choirs following the concert, and dinner tickets (40\/pp) must be reserved by August 18 (yes, today \u2014 Monday!) through email here. stpeterstoronto@rogers.com Come and experience the Estonian choral tradition in person \u2014 it is such a fantastic way to create a truly inclusive and beautiful national identity. It\u2019s the culmination of a busy two weeks for the students, and it\u2019s always good to hear Goodyear play live. Additionally, there are two free evening concerts earlier in the week at Mazzoleni Hall, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, August 18 and Thursday, the 21st, featuring student participants. As the last glory of the summer casts a long shadow, it\u2019s a great opportunity to support the young generation, as they generously share their love for music. Let these excellent musicians, Labyrinth Ensemble Trio at 12:30 p.m., and Turkish Music Trio at 2:30 p.m., guide you on this lovely Saturday afternoon. Come with family, friends, snacks, and blankets, and you might be pleasantly surprised to find these beautiful modal melodies to be familiar to your ears and heart. Bring your friends and families, settle into the gentle shade by the lake, and join in the community for gorgeous melodies for this penultimate concert of the Summer Music in the Garden series. Led by percussionist Papiosco Torres, LCAS brings the rhythm out of Lula Lounge, presenting old favourites and new tunes from Cuba, and even if you have never taken a salsa step, no need to worry \u2014 Dailyn Martinez from Shum de Salsa!, will guide your feet with the infectious rhythm of the live band.
