Thankfully, there are many diverse music-related events, and celebrating Canada Day weekend with wide diversity, the Aga Khan Museum once again opens its doors to the community, hosting two full days of music, workshops, and family activities. This beautiful space — easily one of the most beautiful buildings in Toronto — will host various music and dance groups, including: Toronto Klezmer Society, Compañia Carmen Romero Flamenco, Eagleheart Singers, Achanté, Natasha Noorani, Luis Anselmi, Solara the Band, Amadou Keinou Drumming, Persian Alchemy, Whispr, Gye Nyame, Tapestry Jam, JDL Performing Arts Filipino Cultural Team, and Narcy. It is nearly impossible for a single person to be familiar with all performers listed, and with additional workshops (some require a nominal fee), the celebration will have something for everyone — familiar, and/or new. Come and fill your heart and ears with new experiences, and truly enjoy the diversity that is unique to Toronto.
