DESCRIPTION:Celebrating its 30th anniversary\, the Gryphon Trio offers audiences a musical soirée in two parts. The first half will feature a kaleidoscope of favourite musical moments (and stories) featuring excerpts and movements from works by celebrity classical composers\, old and new. \nThe second half features Schubert’s epic and much exploration of song and dance\, his Piano Trio No. 1 in B flat. Fellow composer Robert Schumann said: “One glance at Schubert’s Trio and the troubles of our human existence disappear and all the world is fresh and bright again.”
