SUMMARY:The Amadeus Choir | A Time to Heal
DESCRIPTION:The Amadeus Choir presents our first in-person concert since 2020 with “A Time to Heal”. \nConducted by Kathleen Allan\, this concert will bring our community together to celebrate the power of music to heal the soul in the most challenging times. \nFeaturing the Canadian Premiere of Cecilia McDowall’s A Time for All Seasons\, and the music of Gabriel Fauré\, Reena Esmail\, Srul Irving Glick\, Tracy Wong\, Nathaniel Dett\, and Sherryl Sewepegaham. \nTwo 75 minute performances for distanced and limited-capacity audiences. \nMay 28th 3:30pm and 7:30pm \nDoors open 30 minutes before concert time\, and will feature a pre-show talk with our Artistic Director and Conductor Kathleen Allan. \nMasks are required to be worn at all times while indoors at all Amadeus Choir events. The Choir will be performing in masks\, and all audience members are required to wear masks.
