Stratford Summer Music has announced programming for its upcoming 21st season.

This year brings a mix of indoor and outdoor events happening between August 5 – 29.

Relaxing COVID protocols means Stratford Summer Music can finally return to their standard venues at Stratford Ontario’s Avondale and Revival House.

What makes this year unique?

SSM will be hosting new hybrid concerts that showcase artists with both in-person and livestreaming audiences.

The hybrid concerts are Opening Night with Isabel Bayrakdarian and Gryphon Trio and the Friday Night Live at Revival series. Viewing access will be available for one week following the scheduled performance.

This season also includes two new venues at Gallery Stratford and the Stratford Perth Museum. Both have newly built outdoor stages to help ensure concerts can be enjoyed safely.

Artist Highlights

What they’re saying: “After what has seemed like an endless road of twists and turns these last months, we’ve arrived at the point where we can tell everyone our line-up of artists and events,” said Mark Fewer. “A quick look at our brochure will reveal some familiar faces, some new discoveries, and plenty of music to raise our spirits!”
